Musical icons Jay Z and Beyoncé are renting an enormous $45 million manor in the swanky Holmby Hills neighborhood of west Los Angeles, TMZ is reporting.

Banks snagged the home for $3.09 million about a decade ago and has since put in more than $2 million in renovations. Banks recently shared with the Wall Street Journal that although she didn't plan on moving, she found a home in Malibu and fell in love.

The dynamic duo is reportedly shelling out approximately $150,000 per month for the stunning 20,000-square-foot mansion. Their new pad includes a luxurious indoor Olympic-sized pool, as well as a scenic outdoor swimming hole, complete with a flowing waterfall and ornate formal gardens.They signed a one-year lease, according to the celebrity gossip site.
